This water-reactive dye and pigment ink fusion creates an oxidized effect when sprayed with water. Use to re-ink Distress Oxide Ink Pads (sold separately). Available in a variety of colors, each sold separately. This package contains Distress Oxides Reinker, 0.5 ounces. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Made in the USA.
